Chinatown Right to Remain Efforts in the News

CPA has been supporting efforts of residents in Boston fighting for the right to remain in their homes and community control of land.  Last month, the Boston Globe covered the story of South End residents who were laid off from the local bread factory and are now facing possible eviction.

In Chinatown, Mass Pike Towers Tenants Association is fighting to buy their building at a fair price, while the current owner is looking to make a huge profit.  Baystate Banner covered recent action taken by tenants.
